Our story
From the roof of the world to Casco Bay
Momos pleated by hand each morning. Sekuwa marinated overnight, then grilled over open flame. Curries nobody hurries, cooked down slowly the way they are at home.
The kitchen sits on Ocean Street in South Portland, where the cold water and the long light are not so far from the air under the mountains. Everything is cooked to order. Nothing waits under a lamp.
Nepali and Tibetan cooking, by the water in Maine.
